Spanish architect HRuiz-Velazquez designed the Living Nature space for the 2010 Feria Habitat exhibition in Valencia, Spain. The Fair hired me to build an ephemeral building in the entrance of the fair Sept-Oct 2010 . The structure has four shop windows (like a small shopping center representing the four types of living in the country). The project had to be build in only 10 days and it had to be reusable with a different shape at another fair.

The space Living Nature houses an exhibition about different ways of Spanish life style. It’s a new expositional concept inspired by innovation and sustainability. This is a renovation of rooms in the headquarters area developed by the German MTV creative agent Dan Pearlman in Berlin. All employees have been dreaming of this since a long renovation and is now a reality. Dan pearlman was asked to perform their magic and created an “axis of inspiration” by opening up the entire center area on the first floor from the northern to the southern façade. Today the spacious atrium serves as a “Brand Garden” with seating for taking breaks or informal meetings, which can accommodate up to 250 employees.

Greater freedom of movement and an equal variety of unique as well as private retreat zones contribute to a better work-life balance at the workplace. Whether eating lunch in the Network Kitchen, in the Blue Lounge or in the Brand Garden under a stylized canopy of leaves, there are ample choices for taking time out during the workday. Steve Kent new architec Asaiah completed a modern minimalist design house located in Santa Monica. This house is designed to make residents comfortable with giving the beauty of nature in a fresh atmosphere. The entire display is quite minimalist and very simple shape. Inside the house each room overlooking the pool is made, is done so at night before bed we can see the scenery outside and see the beauty of water. They have many different works of art that makes them original and interesting. Although the house was not large there are all the rooms necessary for the contemporary lifestyle including an open plan living room and home cinema. If you are a fan of the world tonight, would you like the design culb the following night. Designed by Twis studio design corporate in Bucharest, Romania. Fratelli Studios is a club in Bucharest around 850sqm. The club is designed in an industrial, factory-like building, with large metallic pillars and metal beams. Our main idea for this club was “Think Big!”. We covered the interior walls with a series of large wooden blades, about 4 meters tall, which can be rotated along their central axis. One side is lacquered wood, while the other can be covered with printed material. You can rotate the blades very easily, changing the whole look is just minutes.
