This is organized in reverse. The second floor is located at street level and feature entrance and garage. The first floor has a private room while the ground floor for social space. All floors are covered veranda and terrace or discover the closed or open to the landscape, creating the possibility of inhabiting the space variable, taking advantage of the light and scenery that changes with different seasons.
