Henn StudioB, the Berlin design and research studio of Henn Architekten, have won a competition to design a new business district in Wenzhou, China. Central Business District is situated where the river meets Ou Jiang East China Sea and will consist of five towers of different heights. The tower will be located in staggered rows to provide views of the river, while at street level a series of green spaces and sidewalks will weave structure transition. Masterplan will include a five star hotel, offices, commercial spaces and public parks.
