The house is located on a small hill,  designed for young couples to accommodate for their social lifestyles and the desire to combine their work lives with their social life. Building this house has two parts, which recognizes the hybrid nature. A square spiral wall building block seat into the landscape of steep and command sites, while providing the local level and separate living accommodation. A one bedroom bach sits lightly on the elements of light and cantilevering plinth. Bach component of thrusting forward towards building a broad view to the south while the roof is open to the north of the skin to allow penetration of sunlight. The house is located in Seattle, Washington and domestic architecture inspired by Northwest, it reveals a modern aesthetic and sustainable based on sensibility, contemporary urban areas. This is part of one of the collections of David Colomen Architecture. This house is meant to evoke a sense of a modern cottage. This building consists of four primary forms-a cement “villa”, wood shed two dress, and a terrace. Terrace ease between buildings and roads, retaining visual home to the site defines the outer space is maintained and accessed from the road by a stone staircase. Warehouse contains the living room is arranged on the terrace and collided sideways with the villa, injecting room with a dynamic quality of space and a more precise orientation toward the sun and views. SF 5400 is a residence that has an area of 10 hectares and is located in the Green Mountains of Vermont. Site slopes to the west, affording a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The design of this building combines modernism with regional ingredients to create a sympathetic yet dynamic environment. A mortar bed-washing – brick supports two, wood-framed pavilions, one containing a large room, another master suite. A cedar greenhouse pavilion connects and provides access to a lower level, which contains a guest room, exercise room, pot warehouses and garages. Interior section which is divided into several rooms including the living room and bedroom are all utilizing minimalist decor. All rooms open onto a terrace outside and spacious glass on all sides.
