This contemporary residence recently completed by BAAN Design in Seattle, Washington. The main objective of designers is to remodel existing homes to become more attractive. The scope of this project includes the reconstruction and additional first floor of the kitchen, family room and deck area on the ground floor of a new day with a master bedroom suite.  In addition, the owners also wanted to create better access to the backyard of both upper and lower floor, maximizing territorial views and at the same time to bring light to the existing part of the house.
