David Coleman Architecture designed the Hill House in Winthrop, Washington. Houses Hill is a size 20 ‘wide x 115′ long step platform, a shelter formed by the roof and east wall, and several gabion stone wall. The house is located on a hillside a long and narrow, rocky, sloping gently to the south and the cliffs to the east and west. This house was made for an actress and musician carefully between buildings and sitelines slot, and wrap the furniture built-in to every available surface. Both the plan and planning constraints produced a series of complex interwoven space, enlivened by light and interconnectivity. The massing was generated from the view-lines along the High Street below, tucked carefully out of sight to achieve planning permission for a new storey with front outdoor space hidden within the row of listed buildings.

The roof-form deploys a double-pitched butterfly roof, angling upwards from low flank walls to greet the arriving visitor with taller walls at the central stairwell. A crystalline valley skylight hangs above, flooding the void with light. Staggered floor sections carefully borrow space from below. Steve Kent new architec Asaiah completed a modern minimalist design house located in Santa Monica. This house is designed to make residents comfortable with giving the beauty of nature in a fresh atmosphere. The entire display is quite minimalist and very simple shape. Inside the house each room overlooking the pool is made, is done so at night before bed we can see the scenery outside and see the beauty of water. They have many different works of art that makes them original and interesting. Although the house was not large there are all the rooms necessary for the contemporary lifestyle including an open plan living room and home cinema. T-House is a home for young couples designed by Atelier Boronsky, located in Kyoto, Japan. The house is located on a small hill overlooking the city of Kyoto a suburban house for young couples to negotiate some tough design local regulations. Simple house consists of three main elements of interest in dynamic compositions, such as: External main wall, which extends the empty space above the resultant TDK, and Volume of Private.
