Joao Diniz architect has completed the building of houses located in Belo Horizonte. Architecture express style house with a balcony modern urban and rural wind. This house dibanguan on land sloping with the slope of the land by building dialogue and propose fittings and suspension. The house contains two times: Fluctuations in the volume of the front showing the intimate side of the residence of the future pointing at the water’s edge, which includes an open area at the rear, where the wood burning in the oven, close to the ground and lasting memories. This is a modern home design but still carry the rural atmosphere in structuring the environment. Kowalewski Residence designed by Belmont Freeman Architects in Atlantic Beach, New York. Kowalewski’s residence is a clear attempt to insert a modern house in the village context in a way that respects the scale and architectural traditions of the community. The house is not good or a lot of bulk to maximize the coverage allowed by zoning. Spanish architecture firm A-cero presents its new house: a built set of volumes and sheets combined as a perfect play that mixes the limits between art and architecture. The house is located in Las Rozas, one of the wealthiest towns of Madrid. The dwelling’s plot has a surface of 1.368m2 with a light slope that A-cero has used in order to adapt the building’s three floors: basement, ground floor and first floor. The house is located in a gated community, with a terrain of high to very high slope. Since the lot is already oriented with the master plan of the community , the best view of the lot is only seen obliquely in relation to the main axis of the lot.
