Modern Villa Biesvaren

Villa Ypenburg III is a modern villa located in a suburb of The Hague and is designed for owners of new furniture company. The project was completed by the studio BBVH Architecten, this three story contemporary residence is located in Ypenburg, a new suburb of The Hague, the capital city of the province of South Holland in The Netherlands.

The house is built with a steel structure around a concrete core, and filled with lightweight prefab timber exterior walls. This allows the terraces to cantilever 3 meters. Used materials are gray glass fibre reinforced concrete panels in combination with an anthracite plaster. The ceiling under the cantilevering terraces is finished with a warm brown wooden cladding. River House in a Church

Initially this is a church located on the outskirts of the river Rotterdam, the Netherlands and designed by Ruud Visser Architects in 1930. The building is changed as a function of residence since 1960, and has been used as storage space and garage. Actually it is unfortunate a place of worship is not well taken care of. The Church is completely covered with sheet aluminum and turned into a storage company. As a family with two children, bought the church for life.

This residence has 12 rooms and houses built as a separate object which is placed in the church. You really can walk around the house while you are in church. Villa Geldrop by Hofman Dujardin Architects

The Villa is located in p situated Netherlands and designed by Hofman Dujardin Architects. This villa has a large yard and is surrounded by a cool atmosphere. Villa located on the edge of the site next to the existing warehouse. Through a long cut in the landscape anchored in a large house nearby. Below the ground floor bedroom is located on the patio sectional length. A large living with dining room, kitchen, study area and play area located on the ground floor and 1st floor. Through voids, roof lights and high parts of a remarkable spaciousness created. The space is located in the axes used to experience the great landscapes of the landscape. House Design Netherlans

“Van den Heuvel Residence” is a house designed by architect Van Rooijen in Leidsche Rijn, Netherlands. The urban history of Leidsche Rijn dates back to the time of the Roman Empire. Today the region is being transformed from a mainly rural area into a new quarter of the city of Utrecht. While the floor is cladded in natural slate colors and seems to float above the wood base. This house is very introverted at the streetside and open to the rear garden with large sliding doors. Secondary buildings adjacent to the house to function as a children’s playroom and storage. Red Building For Playground in Netherlands

Van Rooijen Architecten has completed playground children in the city center of Utrecht, Netherlands. The old existing building on the playground was to be replaced by a new one. The brief called for a modest, durable and safe new building that would upgrade the playground and appeal to children. The building has separate spaces for a kindergarten.
